Farglory Group Family Day—United in Spirit, Sharing in Glory!

The crisp winter morning was pierced by bursts of laughter, as the early hours of January 11 were filled with the rhythmic sound of dance rehearsals echoing around the Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall MRT Station. Employees from Farglory’s eight business sectors, hailing from all corners of Taiwan, gathered and gave their all in final rehearsals for the opening performance. After 32 years of anticipation, the Taipei Dome has not only successfully attracted international baseball tournaments and concerts, but also brought new energy to the city’s East District. On this day, this dome that carries the dreams of so many transformed into a warm gathering place for the Farglory family.
The Taipei Dome: A symbol of shared joy
The robust structure of the Taipei Dome shielded participants from the biting cold, symbolizing the warm support that every Farglory employee receives from their loved ones. It is this unwavering support that allows them to pursue their careers with passion. The NEX Community-themed exhibition zone brimmed with thoughtful touches. Children surrounded the Life Insurance exhibit, laughing as they played ring toss, and learning about insurance in the process. In the Free Trade Zone simulation, family members donned work vests to experience the daily challenges their loved ones face. At the Ocean Park display, vibrant marine life scenes were transported to the Dome, amazing both adults and children while conveying the importance of sustainability. Every exhibit demonstrated the pride that Farglory employees want to share with their families.Joyful moments of unity and friendly rivalry
The sports events radiated youthful energy, as teams representing the eight business sectors kicked off the festivities with unique two-minute dance routines. This was followed by a series of competitions: Relay races, eleven-legged races, giant volleyball, tee-ball, and inflatable obstacle courses. Not only did these test only physical stamina, but also teamwork and coordination. Group Vice Chairman Chao Wen-Chia personally attended the events, cheering on participants and warmly engaging with families in the stands. When families expressed their hopes to join future competitions, the Vice Chairman readily promised to create more opportunities for family involvement at upcoming events, exemplifying the company’s commitment to employee well-being.The value of athletic competition lies not in victory or defeat, but in the camaraderie that it builds. When participants in the eleven-legged race had to move in perfect unison; when every save in the volleyball match moved the hearts of the whole team… It was moments like these that quietly brought coworkers together and built cross-departmental connections.
Looking back years from now, we are confident that the memories of January 11, 2025, will linger: The sound of laughter during early morning dance practice; the warmth of hands grasped tightly before a race; the pride in watching loved ones shine on the field. In this dome that has witnessed countless emotional moments, Farglory fulfilled its promise: “Take care of employees, and they will take care of the company”. Even more, Farglory also instilled a deeper understanding in every employee that our spirit of partnership extends beyond the workplace, to embrace families and loved ones alike.
