Farglory Group follows GRI Standards and AA1000 SES (Stakeholder Engagement Standards) in implementing the stakeholder engagement process through the five major principles of Dependency, Responsibility, Tension, Influence, and Diverse Perspectives.
In 2022, we comprehensively analyzed global sustainability trends, our corporate development vision, and the operation styles of subsidiaries, thereby examining the impact of Farglory’s business value chain on the outside world. With all the opinions collected from various stakeholders, Farglory completed the identification and management of material sustainability topics for the first time. Subsequently, Farglory systematically formulated implementation goals for material topics, and we regularly evaluate the performance of implementation and integrate these goals into our operational strategies in response to stakeholder expectations.
