A field for heroes; a hall for superstarsIn 2006, the Farglory Group cooperated with the Taipei City Government on the Taipei City Sports Park BOT Project. The 10.2-hectare site is planned to be an entertainment and leisure park that will include the Taipei Dome, a shopping mall, movie theater, hotel, and office buildings.
Farglory has secured a first-class design and construction team from seven countries around the world and invested a total of NT$40 billion to create Taiwan’s first Dome Complex. Through design planning of humanistic, technological, and environmental protection, and integration of Cloud technology, we are working hard to create a Dome Complex that meets international specifications.
The Farglory Dome was designed to be a state-of-the-art multi-purpose arena by Populous (formerly known as HOK Sport Venue Event), the world’s No. 1 sports arena design firm. The design of this large indoor stadium, which can accommodate 40,000 spectators, not only fully complies with the WBSC baseball venue regulations, but also features the world’s most comprehensive software system (security system, exhibition equipment system, digital equipment system, broadcast system, and Cloud applications) and facilities. All this creates an ideal venue for baseball, other sports events, gatherings, and entertainment events.

Farglory Dome
In 2006 the city of Taipei signed a BOT contract with the Farglory Group to construct a new generation of sports arena in line with global trends. The Farglory Dome was built on 10.2 hectares of land adjacent to the Songshan Tobacco Factory in Taipei's Songshan district. The facility contains the gymnasium, retail stores, a movie theater, as well as space for offices and a hotel near the creative and cultural park. With a design that integrates humanistic thinking, modern technology and respect for the natural environment, the Farglory Farglory Dome is Taiwan's first world-class indoor sports arena.
