Using existing resources and envisioning the future

Connecting cross-disciplinary partners and building beautiful symbiosis

Located on the B1 level, BEONE is a vibrant and dynamic experiential space that blurs the boundary between “dwelling” and “living,” reinterpreting how we imagine future living. The spatial design is centered around the concept of a “Play Ground.” By inviting renowned artists and design teams from Taiwan and abroad, BEONE presents conceptual themes of future living. Every corner of the space will surprise you with new perspectives, or bring you opportunities to have fun with others. Come explore BEONE and discover the future of symbiosis and beauty.

Before BEONE
A Spa and Fitness Space on the Basement Level

BEONE was established in 2025. Also known as the NEX Community Base, it represents the final piece in the spatial transformation of Farglory Group Headquarters (Farglory International Center). Designed as a new-generation venue, BEONE welcomes all stakeholders and the broader public to explore the Group’s sustainability theme: NEX Community. The place aims to inspire reflections and dialogue around the mutually beneficial relationship between “life” and “environment,” ultimately sparking action and greater influence for the new generation.

Previously, a spa and fitness club located on the B1 level, but operations due to the impact of the pandemic. In rethinking how to reduce construction waste, the Farglory team explored ways to revitalize and reuse the existing interior while also serving office workers in the building and meeting the varied needs of stakeholders within the Group. After numerous brainstorming sessions and focus interviews, we chose the Play Ground concept as the spatial theme, centered around three core pillars: Artistic Intervention; Public Participation; and Site Transformation. The vision is for BEONE to become a cross-disciplinary, innovative hub, and a new landmark of sustainability.
Before BEONE

Rebirth Process
Exploring Reuse for Waste and Building Materials

Throughout BEONE’s transformation, the team continuously reflected on ways to repurpose existing spaces and building materials. Not only to reduce environmental impact but also to preserve the stories embedded in the space. Through ongoing collaboration and experimentation with partners, Farglory Group ultimately integrated regenerated materials throughout the space, instilling it with both sustainable values and a rich blend of old and new cultural elements.

MOKOMOKO SOFA

By simply bundling scraps of polyethylene foam, the sofa becomes more than just furniture. It transforms into a visual and tactile experiment that explores the potential of material recycling and reuse.

Marble Table

This distinctive regenerated “Marble Table” was crafted from salvaged marble collected from the previous site and fused with resin, showcasing its commitment to sustainability.

Memory Wheel
The fusion of field memory and interactive future

Conceived by the renowned Australian art collective ENESS, Memory Wheel stands as a monumental installation at the entrance of Far Glory’s B1 space. Composed of two distinct yet harmoniously intertwined circular structures, the work eloquently encapsulates Far Glory’s core brand ethos of “Partnership.” It symbolizes the perpetuity of sustainability and the cyclical nature of renewal, engaging in a profound dialogue that bridges the memory of the past with the boundless possibilities of the future.

The first ring is an artistic reimagining of the site’s heritage, encasing repurposed stone fragments from the demolished structures within resin. This transformative act imbues the once-forgotten materials with new vitality and significance. The second ring, a testament to technological innovation, employs advanced LED displays to project dynamic visuals of the space’s metamorphosis, capturing the convergence of “now” and “future.” In this way Memory Wheel honours the many hands that make our spaces, enshrining our community’s passion and industriousness forever. As viewers approach, the LED animations respond with subtle shifts in tempo, orchestrated alongside meticulously designed lighting and acoustic elements to create a deeply immersive sensory resonance.

More than an art installation, Memory Wheel serves as a poignant emotional bridge, preserving the essence of the space while inspiring introspection. Its design invites audiences to contemplate the intricate interplay of time and space, extending an invitation to become active witnesses and participants in the ever-evolving narrative of transformation.

Take the Stairs to B1

Imagine Infinite Possibilities

The core of BEONE’s spatial and visual identity stems from the staircase – a symbol of Connection. More than a structural element, it serves as a bridge between memory and future, between reflection and action. Each upward step is a profound dialogue with time and space; each downward glance is a sensory journey of exploration and reconstruction. In every unique encounter within BEONE, each step guides us beyond the bounds of imagination, toward a future of limitless possibilities.

BEONE and NEX Community
Farglory’s Cross-Disciplinary Living Experience Initiative

Located on B1 of Farglory Group’s headquarters in Taipei’s Xinyi District, BEONE was formerly a spa and fitness club. As part of its exploration into reducing construction waste, Farglory reinterpreted the space as an urban playground, a site that sculpts new possibilities for modern living. On the journey toward sustainable lifestyles, BEONE breathes new life into the space through the use of reclaimed materials. Traces of the former space remain – not erased, but thoughtfully preserved and transformed, to honor the original intentions while redefining the future of how we live.
NEX Community is Farglory Group’s sustainability strategy, launched in 2022. Grounded in the vision that the Group seeks to deliver to our clients and stakeholders, not only construct robust physical structures, but also to create meaningful lifestyle experiences.

BEONE is the first physical manifestation of the NEX Community – a living promise to shape a brighter, more sustainable future.
